Welcome to Family Camp

Family Camp at Camp Jorn YMCA is your chance to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the magic of the Northwoods together. Whether you’re swimming in Rest Lake, kayaking at sunset, or relaxing by the campfire, Family Camp is a time to make lasting memories with the people you love most.

Since 1953, Camp Jorn has been a home away from home for generations of families. Here, every moment offers a chance to explore, grow, and laugh — surrounded by nature, supported by community, and free from everyday distractions.

How to Apply:

  • Complete the online Financial Assistance Application.

  • Upload supporting income documentation.

  • Receive your award notification within five business days.

Scholarships do not cover 100% of the cost, but they help ensure camp remains accessible to families of all backgrounds and income levels.

Fundraising

Camp Jorn offers optional fundraising opportunities with partners like Meadow Farms and Flower Power. Families can earn funds toward their camper balance, with all proceeds going directly to their camp experience.
