How to Register

    Apply Online: Complete the CJ Sprouts registration form. Applications are reviewed within three business days, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once your camper is enrolled.

    Deposit & Payment: A $30 non-refundable deposit per week secures your camper’s spot and is applied toward your balance. Deposits can be transferred to another session based on availability.

    Submit Required Forms: Forms marked with an asterisk* must be downloaded and uploaded to your CampInTouch account others may be completed online by May 18th.

    Health History & Emergency Care Plan*

    Health & Safety: If your child has a health condition requiring special care (e.g., anaphylaxis, severe asthma, seizures, diabetes, ADHD, autism, or other exceptional needs), please contact our Operations Director, Lauren Heger, or our CEO, Katy Bost, as soon as possible to review their health history and ensure Camp Jorn can safely meet their needs.

    Other Forms-

    Campers cannot attend without all completed forms. All forms are due May 18th.

Waitlist Policy

If a session is full, you can join the waitlist at no cost. Families are notified via email if space becomes available — no payment is required until your child is officially enrolled.
