Resident Camp Registration Form
Please use if you would prefer a paper form OR if you are applying for a scholarship.

Health History Form
Requires a parent/guardian signature for camper to attend camp. A physical or doctor’s signature is not required.

Letter to Counselor
This form will help our directors and your camper’s counselor get to know your camper before his/her arrival at camp.

Camper Waiver / Release Form
Our staff will know when your child will be leaving and who will pick them up.

Camper Ethnic Form
Provides information to the organizations that make it possible to maintain a non-profit camp for boys and girls.

Trading Post Form
Access your online account or use this form to put money in your camper’s account.

Staying in touch with your Camper

See below for links to photos and one-way email capability. For summer of 2013 we will use SmugMug to share photos. To email your camper click on the email icon, which will bring you to the email address at camp that receives camper emails. This address is not monitored for office communication - campers emails only please! $1 for each email will be deducted from your camper's trading psot account.
