Camp Accredited

Leadership

The Leadership programs at Camp Jorn are designed around the YMCA core values of Caring, Respect, Responsibility and Honesty.  Through these programs, it is our intent that all individuals develop the necessary skills and maturity to become effective leaders and youth counselors.  The programs are progressive in nature.  The goal of the programs is not only to teach participants about leadership qualities but to foster those qualities in themselves in a safe and fun atmosphere.
The experience in the Leadership programs is one that participants will be able to use at camp as well as back home in leadership roles at school, on teams, in the workplace and in the community.
