Camper Handbook
A handbook just for kids! What's a typical day like, what to expect, a map of camp and the inside scoop on all things Jorn!
Health History Form*
This completed form requires a parent/guardian signature for camper to attend camp. A physical or doctor's signature is not required. Click here for further instructions.
Letter to Counselor*
This form will help our directors and your camper's counselor get to know your camper before his/her arrival at camp.
Camper Waiver/Release Form*
Fill out this form so our staff knows when your child will be leaving and who will be authorized to pick them up.
Camper Ethnic Form*
This is an anonymous questionnaire with the sole purpose of providing information to the organizations that make it possible to maintain a non-profit camp for boys and girls.
* These four forms are due back at the camp office BEFORE May 4th, 2012.

Bus/Car Transportation schedule
Check bus stops and times for your camper. This form also goes through the check-in and check-out procedures.
Trading Post Form
Each camper must have a Trading Post account set up prior to attending camp. Access your online account or use this form to put money in your camper's account.
